Awesome customer service!

I had a great experience here! The front desk staff were super friendly and helped me with a little mix-up at check-in. Also, when my daughter forgot her necklace, they kept it safe! The room was comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. Just wish there were more options at breakfast.

I loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, a real treat! The fitness center was solid too, and they even helped us with a ride. the rooms were cozy and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep.

Breakfast options were disappointing, as everything was cold and unappetizing. Additionally, the HVAC system in the room was inconsistent and noisy at times.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. The staff helped me find shopping spots on my first stay. Jenny even made me a sandwich when I returned late. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I was pleased when they offered free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. The beds were quite comfortable, making for restful nights. Additionally, my daughter left her necklace, and to my surprise, they had kept it safe for us after five hours. Overall, they really went above and beyond to assist us.

The check-in process took longer than expected.

! They gave us free breakfast as an apology which was kinda surprising, and the beds were incredible, real comfortable sleep!
